How to Register For Services

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MRI and ultrasound) - CT and X-ray have extended hours to 9 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (CT and X-ray only)
Contrast-enhanced imaging studies done Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. only.
Closed Sundays.

All imaging patients should register and check-in at the registration desk located inside the emergency entrance.

Please bring with you a valid picture ID, insurance card and physician's orders.

If applicable, money towards deductable will be asked for high-cost procedures (i.e. MRI, CT, etc.).

Self-paying patients, please call a financial counselor at 801-268-7160 to set up payment arrangements before arriving for your procedure.
